QBCC Licensed Building Certifier – Level 2
A Queensland Building Certifier Level 2 may perform building certifying functions for buildings and structures with a rise of no more than 3 storeys and a total floor area of no more than 2,000m². A Level 2 Certifier may also assist with building certifying functions for other building classes under the supervision of a Level 1 Certifier.
